We care about our people’s wellbeing inside and outside of work.

We offer programmes that promote healthy living such as our annual Currie & Brown global ‘health and wellbeing week’. This brings colleagues together to focus on their physical and mental health. And have a little fun along the way.

2024 highlights


Health and wellbeing week

We showed that there are many ways to prioritise your wellbeing during our 2024 global ‘health and wellbeing week’. Our people took part in a range of activities. From taking over 130 million steps globally through our steps challenge, to over 20 regional webinars to promote our physical and mental wellbeing.

Dedicated wellbeing sessions

Over the course of the year we ran sessions and activities for our people focused on improving their wellbeing.

Across the Americas, we dedicated 1,505 hours to our wellbeing, including weekly ‘Wellness Fridays’. Over 75% of our people took part. Meanwhile in Australia and the UK we made time for our mental health with R U OK Day and Time to Talk events.

Building hospitals in Peru

In 2024, we joined forces with the UK government and the Peru Ministry of Health to deliver two new hospitals in Northern Peru — scheduled to open by late 2028. This partnership and investment of nearly £500 million will bring advanced healthcare services, create local jobs and set new standards for sustainable healthcare delivery in the region.

Cigna Healthcare recognition

Our focus on workforce wellbeing was recognised by Cigna Healthcare. We’re proud to have earned the Gold level Cigna Healthy Workforce designation in 2024, after achieving silver in 2023.

How we did it: We partnered with specialists to deliver over five information webinars to all staff.

2025 goals


100% of our people have access to health and wellbeing events.

We will partner with specialists to deliver at least five information webinars to all staff.

We will take action to make sure our people are aware of our employee confidential counselling helpline, which is available to all employees.
