Building asset costs

Construction costs in the UAE continue to rise. We’re seeing persistent material price pressures, labour shortages, and supply chain disruptions. Costs are tracking closely with the projected annual construction inflation rate of 3-4%. Quarterly increases of 1-2% remain consistent with expectations set earlier in the year.
