Community
Improving people’s lives by enabling better sustainable built environments is core to what we do. Our work has a positive impact on local communities and this underpins our commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices. That positive impact is bolstered by voluntary activities that many of our people contribute to their local communities.

2023 highlights

Our team in India raised funds for Akshay Patra, a local charity that aims to eliminate classroom hunger, paying for almost 300 midday meals for children in schools.

Ten members of the UK special advisory services team volunteered at Whipps Cross Hospital, undertaking a range of tasks including: creating a courtyard garden; planting to enhance biodiversity; visiting patients on wards and completing patient feedback surveys.

We organised fundraising to provide basic necessities and comfort items for destitute members of the Filipino community. Our donation drive was used to buy packs that were hand delivered before Christmas, benefitting 200 people.
Creating a home from home for paediatric cancer patients
In India we worked with the "Ronald Macdonald House of Charity" to provide cost management services for the construction of a convalescence home. The project created a home from home for cancer patients, particularly children, and has helped over 100 child patients so far.
