Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)

Creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace culture is core to our business. We work with colleagues from over 60 different nationalities worldwide and we promote a working environment that embraces everyone, regardless of background. We are guided by our values of professionalism, honesty and being collaborative in the way we work.

Gender equality is a key industry issue and we are proud of our ongoing role in increasing female representation. We exceed industry averages and continually evaluate our approach to ensure DEI remains central to everything we do.

DEI committees

Introduced regional DEI working groups to complement our global DEI focus group, meeting quarterly and offering a space for employees to collaborate to tackle local DEI challenges.

Parental policies

New maternity, adoption, parental leave and miscarriage policies now available to all employees.

Allyship in action

I serve on the governing board of Women in Construction Operations (WiOPS), a non-profit organisation that helps women in construction operation positions advance their careers as future leaders. I volunteered to help with a 10 year anniversary event in Southern California which was a great success. We had a strong turnout and very positive feedback. I’m committed to furthering the careers of women in construction.
