In 2023 we pledged to help build a better future

Inspired by our purpose to add value to make building a better future possible, we asked everyone to make a pledge to contribute to a better future.

Employees around the world shared selfies with a ‘pledge frame’ and uploaded their pledges to the company intranet outlining how they personally intend to help build a better future.

To date, we’ve had 189 pledges across the organisation, ranging from commitments to reduce single use plastic and energy consumption, to supporting disadvantaged local communities.

I pledged to obtain my disaster services certificate and volunteer for The Red Cross in my local area.
